important colors you need to memorized to trouble shoot your MC...
black/red = stator to CDI
yellow/black = from CDI to ignition coil
black/white = kill switch
blue/white = pulser

pulser.. eto ung timing signal galing sa stator papunta sa cdi.. para magspark ung coil sa designated alignment. pag naputol to.. hindi tatakbo motor mo. most electronic cdi uses this method.. eto ung tinatawag na contactless point. hahah wata term..
well as for honda.. stator dependant ang CDI ng mga motor na ito.. kaya kelangan ng kill switch para mapatay ung CDI at para hindi na tumuloy tuloy ang takbo.. medyo hastle lang ang wiring. pero madali pa rin intindihin.. sa suzuki naman mas simple.. wala nang kill switch..
para hindi kayo malito:
Stator Coil
BLACK/red - to CDI Power (stator dependent)
YELLOW - HEADLIGHT and Tail Light
WHITE - to Rectifier
BLUE or BLUE/white - CDI Signal
RECTIFIER
WHITE - From Stator Charging LIVE

Pros and Cons ng Stator dependent: AC CDI
Pros:
Don't need battery to operate.
Most UB use this (china MC, Scoots but not Suzuki and Yamaha.. ewan)
Even if your Regulator is busted, you can still run your MC (kick start)
Most Alarms are designed with this configuration
Cons:
when stator fails so is your MC
too many wirings..
Old School.. ekeke
DC CDI
Pros.
Can still run your MC even your stator is dead
Can also run even you have a busted Regulator (battery Dependant)
Can also run your MC even w/o battery (same as AC CDI but Stator/Regulator dependant)
simple wiring connections
Cons:
Most alarms dont support this (but i made mine worked)
when all source fails.. your MC is dead.. eekekek
most of the load is been handled by the regulator and battery ( i think this one is for pros.. but ill leave it here nalang..)
so sa tanung mo.. kung anu ung para sa ilaw... ay kagot ka dyan.. hindi advise magputol ng connection.. kung gusto mo.. iderecta mo nalang sa batterya ung Ilaw mo.. mas ok pa un.. lalu na AC CDI naman Motor mo..

mga sir pa up lang, lalagyan ko kasi ng alarm yung motor ko vsafe yung brand, san ko ikakabit yung PINK at GRAY wire?
kasi dapat sa kill switch wire ito pero yung motor ko(crypton z) eh walang kill switch wire tulad ng mga honda..
Hanapin mo po yung wire na galing sa CDI papuntang Ignition Coil if im not mistaken kulay orange yun... trace mo na din para sure... tapos itap mo lang yung pink wire dun ok na yun.. or kung gusto mo mas safe gamit ka ng relay yung ginagamit sa mga alarm ng kotse around 200 yung price nun kung bosch relay ang bibilhin mo kulay yellow ang box nun wag mo bibilhin yung kulay black/gray na box hindi gagana yun.... ganito yung wiring nya
85 - pink wire
86 - positive ng battery
Cut mo yung wire galing sa CDI papuntang ignition coil
30 - sa isang end nung wire galing sa CDI papuntang ignition coil
87a - sa isang pang end nung wire galing sa CDI papuntang ignition coil
ok na po yan
pangpacomlikado lang naman yung relay but i think mas safe yun
